How do I book a rental?
You can reserve online by choosing your date, selecting your rental item, and completing the checkout process. You can also contact us if you need help choosing the best option for your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and summer dates. Popular items like water slides, foam parties, and tents can book quickly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due before or at delivery depending on your order details.
Can I change my rental after booking?
If the item you want is available, we will do our best to help adjust your order. Changes depend on availability, event date, delivery schedule, and rental pricing.

Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. We deliver, place, set up, secure, and inspect the equipment before your rental begins. At pickup, we break everything down and remove it from the property.
What areas do you serve?
Vogel's Party Rentals serves St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Harmony, Narcoossee, Orlando, and surrounding Central Florida areas.
What do you need from us before setup?
Please make sure the setup area is clear, accessible, level, and free of debris, pet waste, low branches, sharp objects, sprinklers, and obstacles.
Do you give exact delivery times?
We schedule deliveries in planned windows to keep routes efficient. If your event has a strict start time, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Weather Questions
Florida weather changes fast. Here’s what to know about rain, wind, and outdoor rentals.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain may not affect certain rentals, but safety always comes first. If severe weather, lightning, or unsafe conditions are expected, we will communicate with you about the best options.
Can inflatables be used during lightning?
No. Inflatables should not be used during lightning, high winds, or severe weather. Guests should exit the inflatable immediately until conditions are safe.
Are water slides okay in hot weather?
Yes. Water slides are a great option for hot Florida days. We recommend keeping guests hydrated and having shaded seating available when possible.
What if wind becomes strong?
If winds become unsafe, inflatables must be turned off and cleared until conditions improve. Safety instructions will be reviewed during setup.

Do inflatables need power?
Yes. Most inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet. If power is not available, ask us about generator options.
Do water slides need a water source?
Yes. Water slides and wet combos require access to a working water spigot within reach of the setup area.
Can you set up on grass?
Yes, grass is one of the preferred surfaces for many inflatables. The area should be flat, clean, and free of sharp objects or debris.
Can you set up on concrete or pavement?
Some rentals can be set up on concrete or pavement with proper anchoring. Please let us know the surface type before your event so we can confirm if it is suitable.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise inflatables, soft play, foam parties, and activity areas at all times during the rental.
Are your rentals cleaned?
Yes. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly so it arrives looking professional and ready for your event.

Our foam parties include professional foam equipment, foam solution, setup, and operation. Foam parties are great for birthdays, schools, churches, camps, and community events.
Do glow foam parties include lights and music?
Yes. Glow foam parties include lights and music to create a fun nighttime party experience. For the best glow effect, the event should take place after sunset or in a darker area.
What comes with a bubble party?
Our bubble party includes a commercial-grade bubble machine plus interactive bubble fun with wands, ropes, and activity stations for guests to enjoy.
What ages are best for soft play?
Soft play is best for toddlers and young children, especially ages 1-5. It is perfect for first birthdays, toddler parties, daycare events, and indoor celebrations.
